  • We aim to dispatch mug orders on the same day they are ordered before 1pm (Monday to Friday)
  • All orders after 1pm will be dispatched the following morning
  • All orders are fulfilled in 2-4 working days which includes time to make and dispatch the mug. Alternatively, you can upgrade to express postage at checkout to receive your order the following working day.
